Since swapped to Koodo internet from Dec, it happens many times that the internet connection stop working randomly. Every time I have to reboot all the devices including the modem and the router. The issue stop for probably a month so, but then came back and continue for a couple days. During those couple days, it is very annoying. I am working from home, I can’t do my daily work and can’t attend meetings. Is anyone having the same issue? I live in Mississauga, not sure if there is an issue in my area. And, is there a 800 number for Koodo Internet support?
