Koodo Internet Callback

I’m trying to reach out to Koodo representative in order to reschedule my activation date for the past 2-3 days. I’ve been scheduled callback with Koodo Assisst and it kept telling me that somebody will call me back within 15 mins however I didn’t receive any calls from anybody. My phone is not in Do Not disturb mode neither the Koodo phone number blocked. I have been trying again today but same things happened. What is going on with the Call back Centre ? I need help I already have all my equipment set up but no internet to use

@BachDo I see you already connected with one of our reps yesterday. Unfortunately bringing forward the activation is not something we can do at this moment. You have a good amount of data included on your mobile lines. Hotspotting is a possibility as long as you carefully monitor your usage.  We will aslo notify you via text when you reach 50% usage of the alloted data, as well ast at 90%. I hope this helps.
