I feel like I made a mistake by switching from previous provider to Koodo. Its impacting my work and past few weeks I have been trying to resolve issue with Koodo support with no resolution till date. Customer support is even worst. I submit callback request and most of the time I don’t receive a callback. Sometime when I receive a callback, no one comes on lines and just hold music keeps playing. What’s the purpose of callback when no one comes on line to assist?
