Recently, I bought a new phone (Motorola G5) under line ***-***-**11. I supposed to keep the same $20 plan and $1 tap for the phone. The representative said that she did not change the plan and ordered me a phone. When I got the bill, the plan for ***-***-**11 line was changed to $30 plan. I am paying $10 more dollars for something I did not ask for. I want you to change my plan to my old plan for $20. Let me know when it’s done.

Where did you upgrade?  I would go back to the store.  Do you have your receipt?

Are you sure it was not a $30 plan with credits that make it add up to $20?

We verified and were able to find that the same rate plan cost was kept alongside the monthly TAB, as mentioned in your text above.  When you log in to the Self Serve account and select the number, you would be able to see the details mentioned.
