This is ridiculous. First they changed my plan without my authorization. You can’t even contact live customer service!!! To talk to someone apparently I have to wait 2-3 days for a call back. This is the worst customer service ever!!!

All carriers in canada need to do is provide 30 days notice to change your plan as long as you are not on a tab. If you login to self serve and look at your previouys PDF ebill (prior to the price change), look on the last page (look very carefully as it is small) and it should mentioned any plan price increase.
Callback times are horrible right now since Koodo had an outage last night and everyone is trying to get a callback.
