I don’t know what’s going on. I am very upset, I paid $200 for iPhone 6 Plus for it to be delivered within a two weeks, I get a call to confirm my identity. I was too busy and told him to call around 3-4pm today. Representatives Confirm those times, never got a call back this whole day then to my surprise got a email that they cancelled my order. What is going on? I am very mad. I want to cancel my phone account with Koodo. I can’t even get in touch with anyone!! Is there any number I can call for help with this

Is iPhone 6 Plus a typo?

That phone is 10 years old and no longer receives iOS updates and I haven’t seen Koodo sell it in ages. Just want to confirm it was from Koodo and not someone else.
