koodo callback doesnt work

The Koodo callback is complete garbage. I’ve tried scheduling a callback for the last 3 days, every time I get a call I get silence for 15 seconds and then an automated message saying that they’ll call me back. 
 

this has happened for the last 3 days, I’m so tired of the garbage service that koodo offers.

 

switching carriers from this garbage service.

Have you tried to schedule to a different number to see if that can help?  how was the signal in your area?

@Kizlo Looking at the callback activity everything seem to be working, we see hundered of callbacks a day.  That said your experience is one we never heard of before.  Is there something we can help you here? We see you account, if you let us know your question we can probably answer here without disclosing an personal details.  

I signed up for Koodo, in Barrie Ontario April 05, 2024, everything works fine until I got home. The service in Lefroy Innisfil is poor, I can hardly make a or received incoming calls, even when the call goes through it just dropped.

I have scheduled call back more than four times no one call back to help trouble shoot the issue, I was on Freedom before I make the change, I had not issue receiving or making calls, I think I may return to Freedom Mobile if there is no immediate solution.

We see the coverage in Lefroy is good, based on our coverage map https://choosehappy.koodomobile.com/network

Have you tried switching to 4G and see if that makes any difference?
