Koodo callback system is not calling me back. I've requested a call back twice now and it's been hours and no one is calling me back. I have had the same issue for a month and a half. It's super frustrating. How do you talk to an actual human being?

That was strange, I assume your account is currently active and you could receive normal incoming call from other people.?

As well, when you said you requested a call back, have you received any SMS from them? 


What is the callback regarding?

I just upgraded to 1 GB/sec and I'm only getting 400mb/s. On Oct 10 they sent me a new modem but when I checked the confirmation email they sent it to another city. Its 3 hours away. I talked to them to tell them and they said they sent a new one out but I new got a confirmation email or modem. 

I contacted again 2 weeks later same response. And still no email or modem. 

Now I've requested a call back 3 times and no one is calling me back. 


I recieved the "get ready for your call back" text message. I have received calls before. The number is not blocked 


Are you able to get access to another number and request the callback to that other number? 


I do not have another phone number. My work number has an extension and I don't think they will call that
