I received a defective phone on Friday, and since Saturday I’ve been trying to get in touch with Koodo. I went into a Kiosk and they gave me a number for Koodo customer service that is no longer in operation.

Multiple times a day I’ve been attempting to get a callback, and each time the AI bot thing says they have a higher than normal volume then loops back away from the callback option. When do they not have “higher than normal volume”? Is there a prime time to register for a callback?

I’m getting very frustrated that I can’t reach anyone. I will email, chat whatever, doesn’t have to be by phone, but this AI bot thing is not helpful and I need to communicate with a human being.

Do I have ANY options here? Are there any stores that I can go to in person to deal with this?

Well… they did reply once, but now I haven’t heard from them for two weeks and haven’t received the return instructions they indicated ( I have followed-up since). The callback scheduling through the chat does seem to be working now, at least, so hopefully I can speak with someone tomorrow.

Once the warehouse team receives your return and adjusts the tab, you will be able to place a new order. 


Hi, thanks - yes, I have the return instructions and am off to the post office today. 

I was hoping just to receive a replacement phone, rather than placing a new order -  I had ordered it originally through a promo of a $0 tab upon changing my plan. Will that offer still be available?
