See everything up accordingly and it didn’t work so they said they’ll send a tech. No one showed. I’ve been on hold for over an hour and was just wondering if the internet is worth it. 

 

Did you schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to schedule a tech visit? The number seems to be for the alarm monitoring service and not for the department that you are looking for. https://Koo.do/Chat
