I’ve been seeing ads for Koodo Internet services for months (Years?)… anyway, I was surprised to find that despite getting the ads, the service isn’t available in my neighbourhood. I live in Kanata (a bedroom community for Ottawa) so this isn’t just a little surprise, I’m flabbergasted.
So, when will Internet service be offered here? We have both Bell and Rogers infrastructure with both phone and cable lines coming right into our living room. What else is needed? And when will it be coming?
Koodo is just a 3rd party reseller of internet services.
I entered a ran Kanata address and it looks like they were able to provide service.
Are you able to check the address for your neighbour and other homes in your neighbourhood? Are you in a single family home or a complex?
