My internet has stopped working again. It’s constantly dropping and the connection is slow. Right now I have all the lights to say it’s functioning but a server error when I try to do anything. I have been trying for over 30 minutes to schedule a tech support call back but keep getting an error “Unfortunately, I am unable to process your request at this time”. I have tried resetting and unplugging the devices multiple times. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a service that works.
Are you in New Brunswick? I have been having issues today as well and finally got a call back after 2 and a half hours. The tech said there is an outage and we should be back up in a few hours.
Newfoundland. Wouldn’t it be great if they put up some kind of notice to let customers know there if there was an outrage.

I’m not sure if it works for Koodo internet services specifically, but it does for Koodo mobile at the least. Otherwise if you’re already on technical support, they could probably give the most accurate answer.
