I posted in here a while ago (post was deleted? I can’t find it) about my internet subscription page on Koodo showing the wrong information. I got an email from Koodo on December 19 that they were working on my subscription, I assume in response to my post. I was away until last night, but upon plugging everything back in and re-connecting, I’m getting a “connected without internet” message. I’ve restarted the modem and router, and reset them, but nothing has worked. All lights on both are green, as normal. The only abnormality I can find is that the modem webpage is showing the current time as January 1, 2020, and I can’t update it.
However, when I connect to the black box itself with an ethernet cord, and bypass the boost, I apparently can connect?
