Hi! I’m not yet a Koodo customer but was hoping to be. I saw a Koodo Internet rep going door-to-door on my street, but I live in a new-build apartment building. When I enter my address online, it says Koodo Internet is not available in your region. I’m just wondering why this might be? Is it because the building is wired for fibre internet?

Hi there,
that’s usually the case. You can contact a rep through either a call back or in person and ask them to send a jot form to double check the address, as the new building may not just be in their system as of yet. When they call you back with the result, if it’s a no it’s likely because the building is only wired for fibre. At that point it would be up to the owner of the building to approve the copper cables to be wired🙂👍
