internet Equipment returned

I’ve been having alot issues with Koodo since I ordered the internet kit. I never installed it and sent it back right away due to poor tech support and customer service. The call back system is terrible, after attempting probably nearly 20 times, the line cut off more than 10 times or they don’t call back. 

Now my issue, I sent back the equipment Febuary 12 and they still haven’t received it. I gave koodo the tracking number over a month ago and they said they will take care of it, I got another email reminder yesterday to send back the equipement.
Tried calling Koodo (of course the line cut off).

Canada post need a contact number from Koodo. 

How do they not have a normal phone number or email to file a complaint ? Can anyone pls help?

@NadiaC Please ignore the emails at this point. If the equipments is in Canada Post’s hands you have no more responsibiliity for it.
