How do I know if I can get internet service in my area? I have been trying for 2 weeks to look it up through self serve and every time I put my address in it tells me that the page needs to finish loading.

Yes I did. It says the page can’t finish loading and to refresh or try again later. I’ve been getting the same message for 2 weeks
