I have international calls on as one of my perks, but I don’t know how can I use this service.

What do you mean? What country would you like to call?

If the country you want to call is included in the “international calling” add-on or package or whatever you have, You can confirm the nations included in your self-serve. If it’s a 1000 minutes add-on or something like that, you’ll have to count the minutes to not go over.

Make sure you have the “ Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance “ add-on added so you can call out.

If it’s the Unlimited Long Distance Perk, you have the current list of 27 nations. There is more info on restrictions here:

To dial out, you can do “+” country code - the phone number. Keep in mind that cell phone numbers in many countries often have a leading 0 after the country code that you do not dial if you’re calling with the country code. For example, a number may be “062-555-555” and the country code “555” so you would dial “+555-62-555-555” to make the call.

Did that cover your question? Some more details would be appreciated to answer better.

Thanks Sophie for your question. I mean to call to Colombia. And it is included in 27 countries Unlimited Long Distance Perk.

For Colombia then you would dial “+ 57 - area code - phone number” or for a cellphone “+ 57 - the 10 digit number” Let us know if it’s not connecting to ring.
