Hello, I received invalid Roaming Charges for an entire week on my September statement as I was close to a border on vacation but did not leave Canada. I reported this last month in a community post to which i received a reply that the matter was forwarded to a Service Rep and I would receive a further response, but the post was then deleted somehow and I did not receive any additional response and I have not received a credit for the false charges. Can you please review this for me and provide the outstanding credit. Thank you.

I see your previous post and the rep asked if you could login to the community via your Koodo self serve login so that they could access your account. Did you do that?

Hi @salamanda, the topic was archived automatically as there was no response. We asked you to sign in using your Self Serve credentials as we cannot access your account otherwise. You still have not signed in this way so please log out then back in using your Self Serve so we can access your account and check. Thank you!

Thank you Georgia for your clarification. I have just logged out and logged back in using the Self Serve option. Please keep me updated on your progress. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

@salamanda thank you for authenticating!

We have looked into the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
