Inaccurate data usage figures

Hello,

I have had a 7gb data plan for over a year and have never come close to breaking that. My plan runs to March 5th and I’m being told my data has been expired. I’ve checked and the usage figures are way off. It’s giving me 623mb usage yesterday alone. I’ve cross checked this with my phone and this is roughly double the amount of data that was actually used. 

How can I query this and get it rectified? I can’t find any information online.

Which phone are you using? and How did you monitor your cellular data on your phone?

If possible, can you post a snapshot of both  usage in selfserve and your cellular data in your phone? Hide all personal information before posting please
