How can I cancel my account line? I was leaving Canada for a year ago that time when I was leaving I was trying to cancel my account but now I see that I receive over bill and I can’t pay it because I don’t have any bank account in Canada. 

You need to contact Koodo to cancel.

If you left Canada already a year ago, your line already was canceled for non-payment. What they might ask you now is to pay the bill for 1,2 months after you left without cancellation.
