I got a sim from india and they said to insert it when u reach canada and i gave inserted it and it shows sos only and network coverage is not coming

Just to confirm, you signed up for a Koodo account and got a Koodo postpaid sim card from India?

You are now in Canada and the sim won’t connect to the network?

Have you tried resetting the network settings on your phone or search for a network manually?
