I can call others but nobody can call me; they hear “Your call cannot be completed as dialed”.
Prepaid Koodo plan, $15 per month, activated. I tried calling from several numbers and none of them could get through. At the same time, I can call all of them.
The device is TCL303 from Walmart.

Did you port your number to koodo?
Are you and to send and receive texts?

I activated ~ 40 days ago; Koodo has even charged $16.something on April 1st.
No, I didn’t port it. I chose the number during activation.
Texts go fine both directions.
If everything else works except for others calling you, you will need to request a callback for a rep to look into your number
