I ported out from Koodo in Black Friday. And my account balance get a adjustment because of the change.

 

Now I have extra money in my account, which I should get a refund before the account is deactivated. 

What should I do right now? It seems the online agent is slow though. Maybe go to the koodo reception in mall ?

Oh cool ! I use the pre-authorized credit payment. So the only thing need to do is to keep the payment method on and wait for the refund to credit card , right ?
