Greetings, I am currently traveling outside of Canada and wish to avoid roaming charges prompted by an unscheduled voicemail. Would it be possible for a representative from Koodo to disable my voicemail service on their end? This could potentially result in significant monetary savings for me.

If you are residing in Canada, you can contact Koodo via Facebook messaging and ask a rep to disable your voicemail as well. However you will have to enable it again once you come back
