I had a family memember on my acount but they wanted to change to another company. How do I take them off my account.

The number can be ported out to the other company, if the person either knows the account number or uses the IMEI number of the phone that was also used with the Koodo line. The person using the number will have to respond to a 2 Factor authentication message on the Koodo SIM in order to complete the transfer. After that, the line will automatically cancel from your account.
The other option would be to request a cancelation by scheduling a call-back through our Koodo Assist. This will prevent the person from porting out the number.
Thanks ….I did go to Koodo Assist and they helped me understand the procedure and all is good now.
