If you are already a Koodo customer, overall about 10 - 15 minutes depending how thorough the rep is. If you’re new to Koodo, this will make the process longer as the rep will have to perform a credit check and create a new Koodo account. Though keep in mind a few things that will make the process take longer:

1. It is their job to offer you other products, some of which may be of use to you so this will take more time if you agree to any other promotions or products.

2. If you require a data transfer from your old device to a new one then this will take extra time, though usually you can just leave your phone there and come collect it later.

3.If you’re not sure about what you want prior to going to the Koodo store and are unsure of the price points of each product, this will of course take more time as the rep tries to figure out the best option for you.
