Whenever I am using Koodo Assist to unlock my phone. I have entered my IMEI but, it's said,, "Database doesn't match". If it's doesn't match what I have entered, what did I entered during signing up with Koodo?

Don't worry, I've already found the solution. It's already unlock but the ESIM server I am trying to apply does not support this phone.

just a note for reference if you have similar issue, you could only unlock phone originally from Koodo with Koodo tool
