MY koodo Home internet keeps dropping. Koodo is not calling me back although they said they would.

 

I'm absolutely stumped. ...almost once a day my modem/router need to be reset via unplug. My internet will just drop inexplicably.

 

I tried a different router and its the same result. 

 

Is the modem defective ? Is koodo’s internet service flawed ? Why is koodo selling home internet  they cant support?

 

Others have complained and koodo is not doing anything

We see that you got in touch with a rep yesterday.

Did the rep offer a replacement of the equipment? 


Getting the same issues. 

Even did a modem swap and no change. Where are you located?

My issues only started this month.

If you can, try to reset the modem to default factory settings and see if there any firmware update available.


Im located in Markham…. no the techs arent even calling me back. They told me they would get back to me


no replacement was offered…. although others complain of the same so not sure it would help
