MY koodo Home internet keeps dropping. Koodo is not calling me back although they said they would.
I'm absolutely stumped. ...almost once a day my modem/router need to be reset via unplug. My internet will just drop inexplicably.
I tried a different router and its the same result.
Is the modem defective ? Is koodo’s internet service flawed ? Why is koodo selling home internet they cant support?
Others have complained and koodo is not doing anything
