I received the modem, but I haven't received the activation email, how can I know the date, or can I do something to activate it now?

Unfortunately you cannot activate before the activaiton date. Did you check your junk folder for it?


The last email I received, they mentioned that they would send an email with the activation date, I just checked all the folders again but it still hasn't arrived

Did your house have a coaxial port installed by someone else in the past already?

If so your place wouldn’t need a visit from a technician, you can try to plug in the cable to see if that works.

For the actual activation date, you have to contact Koodo directly using their digital rep www.koodo.com/chat and ask a rep about it.
