We could not identify an account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture below and we would gladly look into that for you:

How did you get the notification that your data is used up, was it by text message/ email?

So you can actually see your data usage in your self serve account. If you follow the steps in the link, it will show you how much is left and you can also click “view details” and it will tell you how the data was used and when. In your self serve, does it say the data is all used up as well? and if so does the usage make sense?
