I got a used phone through Koodo. I’m not even done paying off the tab yet and the battery is trash. Drops from 54% to 17% in 10 minutes for example. Do I have any options? That won’t cost a ton of money?
Unfortunate that Koodo puts in off brand batteries that don’t last.

When did you make the purchase? What was the condition of the phone?
I got the phone about a year ago, I don’t remember how they worded it but it’s a “refurbished” phone that was in brand new condition. I still have 7 payments left to do on it.
The link gives info on warranty options. If you’re no longer within the warranty period, a battery replacement is one of the cheaper phone repairs in general. It does also depend on which phone you have.

I have had the phone just over a year so I don’t think it would be covered by any sort of warranty
I’m mostly just bitter that as soon as any sort of warranty is up is when things start to go
