Stream + bundle advertised for $10$/month for 6 months. When I enrolled, they only gave me 3 months. How can I rectify this?

Hi ​@Valentina1, welcome to Koodo! At the date when your account was activated, the Stream+ $10 offer was indeed for 3 months. We can see it was updated to 6 months today, on January 7th. 

You can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram to check if it can be updated for your account as well.

I activated the stream + on January 17 at  1912. As you can see below from the text copied from the activation email.

"Order placed on January 7, 2025 @ 19:12:44 EST"

I scheduled a called back as suggested.
