Hi, I recently ported to Koodo. I was on a tele-sales call when I signed up and provided my imei number for the first time e-sim push through. Unfortunately i gave them the imei for the physical sim slot instead on e-sim slot and thus was unable to download the esim on my phone. When i reached out to the agent they said they were unable to push through the esim and that I need to go buy a physicial e-sim voucher to load. The agent said I can get a bill credit for the $10+tax that i paid on e-sim. Can someone help me apply this credit to my bill?

Did the agent explain that they would apply it or how it would be applied?


They said customer service should be able to apply the credit on the bill. 


Did this just happen? 

Is your plan up and working now? 

Have you logged into your self serve or gotten a bill yet?
