I just signed my sister up for Koodo and while trying to scan her QR code voucher, it was not working, until eventually it just said that the QR code was invalid. It told me to reach the provider, however i kept getting directed to Koodo Assist which was not very helpful with my situation. Can I reach out to anyone else online?

I have yet to register her account on self serve since the 6-digit code it’s giving is not popping up on her iPhone.


In that case if you have an alternate number you can use please schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist so our team can look into the eSIM.
