Hey, I was trying to figure out eSIM for an app called Ubigi.

Long story short. Instead of connecting with Ubigi I converted my SIM into an eSIM. In my confusion I deleted my eSIM and now have no SIM. 
 

it did say my plan was not deleted but now I don’t know what to do and I’m in Japan.

Unfortunately, if you delete your eSim, a new eSim voucher or new pSim is needed.
