eSIM could not work for new iPhone15 Pro after transfer and deactivated my simcard.

Another number from my account got deactivated due to Esim option with a new iPhone while in process of data transfer. I need to talk to someone to reactivate the physical simcard but the problem is it is already 2AM.  I badly need my phone for work in the morning.
