Eh, the number of “Android models” that supported eSIM would probably be thousands. you would need to narrow down the device type that you are interested in. Are you interested in certain device from Koodo? What is your price range?

Yes the S24 supports esim
In case you were looking for a previous generation as well for example if you do a certified pre owned or are looking for an older model to save money, anything after the S20 for the S-series line up has a built in eSIM. This also goes for the S22FE or S23FE which also tend to have good pricing, though the s24 is a better option atm over the S23FE (though this will likely change at the end of the quarter which is in June).
