i would like to check availability for internet service but my address does not come up in drop down menu. but there is fibre optic on my road. Where do i turn for help?

Koodo Internet runs off of coaxial lines, not fibre lines.
If your address doesn’t show in the lookup tool then you wouldn’t be eligible at the moment.
