I had a test offer from Koodo offering me a S24 FE at 0 cost.  When I phoned in to Koodo to ask questions as it seemed too good to be true...they could find no record of the offer although I have a screenshot of the text.  I ended up paying $140 which is still a good deal but it is bothering me that I can’t get this discrepency sorted with Koodo.  Store couldn’t help, online callback would mean I couldn’t show them the offer.  I tried to Facebook door and they seemed interested in helping except their ‘authentication’ seemed to be down.  Any idea how I can get the answers of why I couldn’t get the original offer.

Been a customer for 10 years and manage/pay for 4 phone lines.

Love Koodo but this is frustrating.
