I requested a call back at 900am.  Rep called and call dropped. They have not called back and it has been over a half an hour.  Very disappointing. When will I be helped???

You’d have to schedule another callback. In the meantine, what is that we can help you with? 


They are supposed to try 3 times...  

I have scheduled another and they have 10mins before it is over another 30mins...

Looking to downgrade my plans s I do not need or use the amount t of data.  I have 2 accounts with koodo and 4 plans.  Two of them at 25 per month and 1 at 45 and one at 40. I'd like to go to the 25$ range.


This is something you can do in self-serve. There is currently only the 25 dollar unlimited talk with pay-per-use data plan. Otherwise to pay for less, you’d have to look at prepaid. There is currently a 19 dollar unlimited talk, text, and 500mb bonus data with automatic top-up atm. And others in teh 25 dollar range with more data. 

 ATM the postpaid deals before Black Friday seem to go down to 35 with autopay. I would suggest waiting for Black Friday to see the best deals available for the year. Are the 25 dollar plans you currently have calling with pay-per-use data or have included amounts of data?

They are plans that I got when I switched them from prepaid to monthly.   


Plans tend to change.

Those plans dont seem to be available currently.

Like Goran said above, we recommend waiting to see your options during black friday.  It is only 2 weeks away


I do still wish there was a phone number to call or a "live chat" option, like many other services have.  We all lead busy lives and scheduling a call back isn't easy or dependable. 


Unfortunately it’s not an option with Koodo. The forum isn’t real time, but it’s not far from real time. You’ll often get questions answered quickly enough.


If you insist on speaking with a rep, the callback request is your best option.

Koodo moved to this system since when you call in, you could be on hold for several hours very often.

If there is a minimal wait, you can schedule a callback fairly quickly
