I just got a new phone. Google Pixel 7a and when I go into the internet connections set up it says Koodo is not connected. How do I fix that?

Did you put the sim card from your current phone into the new pixel 7a or use the one that came in the box?
If you were already with Koodo, the one in the box isn’t activated and is just sent as a spare in case you need it.
