Hello,

I just registered for the Apple tv promo for 6months. Everything went fine but apple has denied me access with the email I used (same as the one I use to access Koodo self serve). Anyway, the solution apple gave me was to create a new account with an email not already known by Apple but how would I be able to still have the 6 month Apple tv Koodo promo?

 

What I'm looking for to do is be able to sign up with a new Apple tv account and still be able to access the promo. Can you help. Thanks.

How did you redeem the offer? Did you receive it via text message?

 

I did get the promo as a text message!

I tried clicking on it to see if it would help resolve my issue but, it didn't. 

 

But how did you activate the offer you got from text?

Did you login to your self serve to add the offer?

Did you enter your email anywhere?  Was there an activat e button you clicked?

Here's a screenshot. I followed these instructions with the promo code (not fully shown on screenshot). It all worked. 

I feel in order to reactivate the promo, I'd need to do a do-over so the promo will be attached to the new email address account that I have to make?

Any other options? 

It's a nice gesture from Koodo so if I can't find a way, it's alright:)

 

How did you attached your email to appletv the first Time? 

 

Did you get a confirmation of the email you attached to it?
