I’m looking to change the account I have currently linked with Amazon prime. I cannot figure out how to do this.

You will have to reach out to amazon's support team to do this. Amazon accounts are not managed on koodo's end, that would be amazon directly even if you have prime through koodo or stream+ as they only charge you the subscription. 🙂


Amazon directed me to Koodo to solve the problem 😓 I’m looking to cancel my membership on the one account and set up another account. But it’s not allowing me to cancel as it’s billed through Koodo


Huh weird, in that case if a rep on here is able to then they will respond as I have or you can schedule a callback. Alternatively, you can remove amazon prime from your account and this will stop the subscription.

However, you will have to wait until your next bill cycle to add it again and then link the new account. If you have stream+ and not just stand alone prime, I would recommend the call back as if you cancel the subscription it will also stop Netflix and disney plus. Not just amazon prime.


Hi ​@Aozgan, we’re reached out to our team to ask about this. We’re not seeing an option to manage this in your subscriptions. If there is no option to change the account directly on Amazon, you may need to cancel the subscription, wait until the end of the bill cycle and activate it again, linking the new account this time.
