Hi,

I’ve been a Koodo customer for many years, and just recently changed my plan (a month ago)

I have had the same phone for years, there isn’t an existing Tab to pay off. I know it used to be that you were locked in for two years on a new plan, i’m wondering if i cancel with Koodo will I be charged extra fees on top of whatever is outstanding for the month for my plan fee?

If you don't have any tab balance or bonus left, then you don't need to pay anything other than service up untill your cancelation day.

Are you planning to port your number out? Then once porting is done, they will send you a final bill.

If it's just simply canceling your service, you need to talk to a rep.

You will be able to access to your self serve for 90days after the cancellation to check if any amount left to pay or credit to receive.
