I'd like to cancel a Discovery Plus subscription through Koodo Mobile, but it’s not letting me do so because of a payment failure, and I would like to have my Discovery Plus service cancelled.

When you try to cancel are seeing the same payment error when you try to change your credit card or is this a different error?
