I had to set up a new prime account and want to link it to stream +. From what I have read you have to cancel stream+ and re-add it. How do I cancel? I can't seem to find how anywhere.

Since there’s no commitment tied to Stream+, you can cancel the bundle at any time through Self Serve:

  1. Log in to Self Serve.
  2. From the “Self Serve” drop-down menu, select Mobile services.
  3. On the “Mobile services” page, under the “My add-ons” section, select Manage add-ons.
  4. On the add-ons page, locate "Stream+" in your list of add-ons, then select the 'x' to remove it.

It's not a choice


That is your add-ons page.

 

In self serve you need to go to the Subscription section

When trying to link your services, did you follow our steps here

If you are still encountering issues, we would recommend clearing out the cache and cookies or even try a different browser. 


I have the same issue with my subscription self serve. I can confirm that my accounts were linked correctly, and I have tried in both Google Chrome and MS Edge browsers.


I had set up stream+, (disney, Netflix, prime) for $15 last year. By accident I closed my amazon account so I set up a new one. I want it to go with the $15 deal. How do I now connect the new prime account to my existing stream+ subscription? From other comments I read, I needed to cancel my current stream subscription and then start a new subscription. Is this correct?

I have already cleared my cache and cookies

Do you still see the same error when trying to manage/ cancel your subscription?


I was just able to cancel. I guess I rejoin when it expires dec 14 to be able get my prime account reconnected with the others.
