I’ve been trying to transfer my Koodo Wireless home phone number over to Bell. I’ve talked to Koodo about 4 times over the last few weeks, each time they confirm my identity and say that everything is good to go but every time Bell requests the transfer they deny it, no reason given. Now over the last week I’ve  been trying to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist but they are always “busier than usual”.  Not sure how else to make this happen at this point.

Hi @pweir

Just to double check, did you get the 2FA message to your Koodo sim card, to authorize the transfer?

If yes, have you replied to it within 90 minutes?

it’s a home phone I’m transferring so can’t receive text message, called and got a bypass. Had to submit photo and ID to Koodo as confirmation.

Got it!

Have you tried requesting a call back through the virtual assist, using the keyword #PortHelp?

Yes Tried the port again, talked to Koodo Assist. Both Koodo and Bell saying it’s the other side’s issues. Now Bell has emailed Telus/Koodo to request the port. Don’t know who I can talk to at Koodo/Telus that would have access to that e-mail. Will probably just end up canceling and starting fresh. Been trying to port the number for a month.
