Can't get help with closing my account

Hi all! I’ve trying to close my account for a while, but since I’m currently not in Canada, it’s proven itself to be a tricky task.

The bot and the Facebook messages are of no help. Any tips on  what can be done?

Super strange that you didn’t get a reply on facebook. Usually you’ll get one within 24 hours worst case. Let me flag a rep here to look into it for you and hopefully get it taken care of.

We recommend contacting us via Social Media. Please, make sure you follow our page on Facebook or X ( Twitter ) prior to chatting with us so that we may reply.

Also, make sure you will use the messenger account linked to your Facebook profile.

If you do not have a Social Media account, you could create a dummy Facebook or  X (Twitter ) account and contact us via messaging.
