Can't complete my subscription

As you can see in this screenshot, it says my phone number cannot be found:

But I triple-checked it and it’s the right one.

My confirmation number is HFO37228594.

Can you describe the situation where you get the error? Are you ordering a new Koodo SIM card?

Answering my own question.
I didn’t know that I needed to look at my email called “Votre nouvelle entente de service!” to get my account number.
