I just set up my new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. I gave transferred everything from my old samsung. I have internet access but no access to Koodo therefore I cannot make a phone call or send a text. I have gone thru all the help settings and cannot fix this issue. seems like my phone is not accessing my koodo account.

Hi there,

So just a quick check, when you setup the new phone, did you use your existing sim card or was a new one provided to you? As if you use the new one it is a spare and isn't active yet. If you insert your old working sim it should connect you to the koodo network and then you can activate WiFi calling. 🙂👍
